Customer Assistance Program (CAP) designed to help Columbia Gas customers who are unable to meet their monthly payment arrangements because of high usage or high past-due amounts.

FEMA Fuel Assistance
     Assists with termination notices for various Somerset County utility companies.  Allotment amounts vary due to time of year and individual situations.

FEMA UTILITY ASSISTANCE
    
Funds are used to assist termination notice for various Somerset County utility companies.  Help is only available if paying the current month's charges will stop the termination for that month.  There is a $100 maximum amount that can be paid and help is only available once in a calendar year per household.

PENELEC CAP
     Customer Assistance Program (CAP) is designed to help residential, low-income Penelec electricity customers meet their monthly electric bill, eliminate their past-due amounts and reduce their energy consumption through home weatherization and energy education.

$1 ENERGY FUND GRANT PROGRAM
     Program designed to help residential customers who are having trouble keeping up with their utility bills due to a recent financial hardship and need temporary help paying their utility bills.
